At Pokestore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pokestore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your request email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
